This policy explains how Giant Monster Studios LLC ("Giant Monster Studios", "we", "us") handles information on giantmonsterstudios.com and in our apps and games, including Alphabits. Details that apply only to a specific app are in that app's section below.

This website
We do not ask you to create an account on this site. At the time of writing, the site does not use advertising cookies or third-party analytics. If that changes, we will update this policy first.
The site is delivered through Cloudflare, which may process technical information such as your IP address and browser type to serve and protect the site. If you email us, we receive your email address and the contents of your message so we can reply.
Our apps and games
What an app collects depends on what it does. In general, your progress and settings are stored on your device. Purchases and subscriptions are processed by Apple, and we do not receive your payment card details.
Alphabits
Alphabits has no accounts. Your session history, streaks, milestones, check-in ratings, custom tracks, and settings are stored on your device. Unless you turn it off, the app sends anonymous usage signals to our analytics provider, TelemetryDeck, such as which paths and session lengths are used, the app version, device model, language and region, and a random install ID that is not linked to your name, email, Apple ID, or advertising ID. It does not send health data, precise location, or anything you type. You can turn this off in the app under Profile, then Share anonymous usage.
Alphabits does not currently read from or write to Apple Health. If that changes, the app will ask your permission first and we will update this policy before it ships. For the full Alphabits policy, see getalphabits.com/privacy.
How we use information
To operate our apps and site, save your progress, provide support, keep things secure, and improve what we make. We do not sell your personal information.
Sharing
We share information only with service providers needed to run our products (such as Apple for purchases, Cloudflare for hosting, and TelemetryDeck for anonymous app analytics, plus any others we add, which this policy will name), when required by law, or as part of a sale or reorganization of the business.
Your choices
You can delete an app's local data by deleting the app. You can disconnect Apple Health in iOS settings at any time. Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete personal information we hold about you. Email us and we will help.
Security
We use reasonable measures to protect information, but no method of storage or transmission is completely secure.
Children
Our apps and site are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We will post updates here and change the effective date above.
