These terms are an agreement between you and Giant Monster Studios LLC ("Giant Monster Studios", "we", "us"). They cover giantmonsterstudios.com and our apps and games, including Alphabits. By using them you agree to these terms.
Apple App Store apps
If you download one of our apps from the App Store, Apple's standard terms for App Store apps also apply to you.
Using our products
We give you a personal, non-commercial, revocable license to use our apps and site. Do not copy, reverse engineer, resell, or misuse them, and do not use them to break the law or harm others.
Wellness, not medical advice
Alphabits provides audio for relaxation and focus. It is not a medical device or medical advice. Do not use it while driving or operating machinery, and keep the volume at a comfortable level. Consult a doctor first if you have epilepsy, a seizure disorder, a heart condition, or are pregnant, and stop using the app if you feel unwell.
Alarms
Sleep wake features are a convenience and are not a replacement for a reliable alarm.
Subscriptions and purchases
Paid features are billed through your Apple ID and renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel in your iOS Subscription settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Our content
The apps, site, art, characters, audio, and code belong to Giant Monster Studios or its licensors. If you send us feedback or ideas, we may use them without owing you anything.
Third-party links
Our products may link to other sites. We do not control them and are not responsible for them.
Disclaimer
Our products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the extent allowed by law.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Giant Monster Studios is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss that exceeds the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
Ending use
You can stop using our products at any time. We may suspend or end access if you break these terms.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes
We may update these terms and will post changes here with a new effective date. Continued use means you accept the updated terms.
